WHAT WE DO

 

  1. Support the new partnership for Africa’s Development and African leaders’ efforts to encourage public engagement in NEPAD strategies and projects
  2. To initiate activities that ensure that organisations from the public, private and civil society and the general public are fully informed and encouraged to support NEPAD program that will lead to economic growth, development and increased employment; reduction in poverty and inequality; diversification of productive activities, industralization; enhanced international competitiveness and increased exports; increased African integration
  3. To provide expert advice and review to policies and programmes in line with NEPAD objectives through in-house and collaborative research activities
  4. Collaborate with African and Global national, regional governmental and non-governmental organizations to actualise and operationalise NEPAD objectives especially in the area of education, health, agriculture, trade & industry, private sector development, peace and security and poverty reduction.
  5. Providing technical and policy expertise in achieving these duties and challenges and promoting pro-active strategies and engagement with African countries, organizations and agencies.
  6. Engage with and lobby for the fulfilments of international commitments to African development and to promote collaboration between the African states and the industrial nations
  7. Campaigning and promoting for an integrated platform for different African Diaspora groups initiatives for African development and to encourage Africans in the Diaspora to actively participate in all efforts aimed at developing Africa
